Susan Nicole Holm

Susan Nicole Holm, 48, of Milford, Connecticut, beloved daughter, sister, fiancé, dog mom and friend to all, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2022. Born on July 14, 1974, in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  She was the daughter of Linda (Goessinger) Holm and the late Peter Holm.

Cherished fiancé of the late William ‘Bo’ Hyatt and dog mom to the light of her life, Blaze. Loving daughter of Linda Holm and the late Peter Holm. Beloved sister of Krista McCormack and her husband, Robert, sister Amy Holm and her fiancé, Heather Perbeck, sister Sara McCarvill and her husband, Douglas.  Plus, her nieces and nephew, Kelsey, Erin, Ava, Owen, and Camden. All of whom she loved and touched deeply.

Anyone that crossed paths with Susan found a friend for life.  We will always ‘Remember to Remember’ you, Suzie Q.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 BROAD STREET, MILFORD, CT 06460. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinic.
