June (Mintell) Dolinski

June Dolinski, 82, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Leon Dolinski, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2019. She was born on June 4, 1937 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Francis and Kathleen (Maude) Mintell.

June was active at the Milford Senior Center and a member of the Ladies’ Guild of Saint Mary Church. She was an excellent seamstress, professional upholsterer, and enjoyed sewing. She will be greatly missed.

June is survived by her children, Cherie (Cloyd) Worcester, Bryan Dolinski, Thomas (Maria) Dolinski, Patricia (Fernand) Michaud, and Catherine (Ed) Evon; her grandchildren, Shannon (Brent) Ramsey, Courtney (Keith) Hesch, Caitlin (Gennady) Khirich, Jasmin Dolinski, Jeremy Cardiff, Marisa (Andy) Engel, Brandon (Krystina) Michaud, Austin Evon, and Miranda Evon; her great grandchildren, Adriana and Brynn Ramsey, Parker, Ainsley and Emmeline Hesch, and Carsten and Ari Engel; her brother, James (Veronica) Mintell; her sister-in-law, Marie Mintell; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, June was predeceased by her grandchildren, Paige Evon and Jordan Dolinski; and her siblings, Kathleen Packer and Richard Mintell.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary Church (Precious Blood Parish), 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Burial will follow at King’s Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford, CT. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 N. Broad St., Milford, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
