Anthony J. Artz

Anthony J. Artz, 57, of Milford, passed away on May 10, 2019. Anthony was born on April 6, 1962, in Milford, CT, to the late Brenton H. and Olga M. Tagliaferro Artz.

Anthony had a bright outgoing personality with an infectious smile to match. He was an extremely kindhearted man who opened his heart and his home to anyone in need. His love extended to the dogs, cats and birds that were an integral part of his family. Some of Anthony’s passions included baseball, horseshoes and fishing. He worked as an HVAC Technician and then branched off with his own clientele that knew they could always count on him to get a job completed.

Anthony leaves behind his brothers, George (Jeannie) Artz, Brenton (Deidra) Artz, Carl (Carmen) Artz, John (Maribeth) Artz, Gerald (Beth) Artz and Robin Artz; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Anthony was predeceased by his sister, Brenda Artz Clark; and his brothers, Michael Artz and Joseph Artz.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. The funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. for interment at St. Mary Cemetery, Buckingham Ave., Milford, CT.
