Cynthia E. Tripp, 72, of Milford, beloved wife of William H. Tripp, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2018. Cynthia was born in Milford, CT on July 22, 1945 to the late Richard and Dora Knowlton.

She spent 36 years serving her community as a 5th grade teacher at Orange Avenue School in Milford. She will be greatly missed by many.

In addition to her husband, Cynthia is survived by her children, Lindsey (Adam) Carley and William H. Tripp III; and grandchildren, Ben, Will and Emma Carley. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Knowlton.  

Friends and family may call on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT. A Memorial Service will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
